About Suzie

Suzanne, friends calls me Suzie but got a nick name Pingu (”x). I was born in Hong Kong, but raised in London since 8 years old. I am currently working in South-east London, located at an area that got no good restaurants to dine at!!

My blogging path has come from a long way, my first blog site its actually at Pchome, a Taiwan newsletter site. I then gradually moved to Wretch, a very well known Taiwan blog host. At the same time, i also started off a Yahoo! Blog site; running two blogs at the same time its tough but as the content its slight different which I enjoyed so i remain this hobby. Up until some point in 2008, i decided to stop posting on my Wretch blog and start up this – Suzie’s Notes, in the hope that I can combine my photography and foodie interests in one.

What really lead me into blogging is actually my interests in making cakes, Chinese pastries and breads. I still remember one day afternoon I discovered the world of blogging, to my surprised i have learn a lot from other bloggers that i feel i should share what i have learnt too. From that onwards, photography were needed to upload my baked goods… here, i acquired my first ever compact camera Canon IXUS 500, to now Canon IXUS 890 IS and my DSLR 450D. And has developed a great interest in photography… it has been a long journey and I am still learning to be a better photographer.

The more i explore London, the more i realised there are so much to write about, you will find myself writing about restaurants reviews, foodies at home, snacks or any moments regarding food. Hope my photos will keep you entertain as my English skills do lack a bit @@”

Greatest enjoyment in life would be dining at a good restaurant with a bunch of close friends; taken good quality photos; giggling about non-sense topics… = P
