吃雲吞時的享受時刻. 不是刻意的拍﹐但拍到在家的感覺.. 你認同嗎?

禮物日那天﹐在家和媽媽一起包了一些雲吞﹐弄了雞骨清湯﹐再配些小白菜﹐就成了我美味的午餐了.

I am sure anyone is familiar with wonton soup that you can get in Chinese take away etc. You know, Wonton Noodle is the actual classic in Hong Kong Food Guide. A good quality of Wonton noodle can test your cookery skills and knowledge. How al dente the noodle is, the soup base, the wonton itself, the portion of the meat and prawns etc. so much…  my mother taught me how to make wonton when i was around year 7/8. And I love the fact that you can have have much better portion of prawns vs meat in them than the ones you get in China Town.

Argh, want a bowl now… going to steal my brother’s portion from the freezer tomorrow! keke…
