so here was i,
debating if i should go out just for that 300g yoghurt to make a breakfast pancake (skipped my gym and yoga session)
or
this chocolate crepe i saw from Stylist mag?

surely, the pictures has told you what i have decided.
Chocolate crepe with strawberries and bananas, plus a drop of warm honey.
… a bit like HD out there.

here come, Shrove Tuesday in two days’ time.
have you decide what type of pancake you will be making?
Perhaps, crepe can be a good alternative.

Chocolate Crepe
Adapted from Stylist mag, whom has taken it from Gordon Ramsay’s Word Kitchen.

100g plain flour
25g cocoa powder
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 medium eggs
1 tbsp melted butter
300ml whole milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract

flour, cocoa, salt + sugar in mixing bowl
add in the beaten egg, butter, milk and extract.
whisk till smooth batter. leave aside for 30 mins.

pancake pan, a little butter… (probably hold the cold butter and wipe the pan surface once) pour in a ladleful of batter, and cook for about 1 min each side until golden brown. serve however you like…..
