crossiant with scrambled egg


I love it when I get the living room to myself, make myself an early brunch and a cup of tea, watching some chill tv…

…a smart woman make use of what you have got in the kitchen. This morning, I went and did this for one. hhaa~

1 Crossiant. halved toasted lightly both side.
1 Egg. beaten lightly with a splash of milk. *this makes it really fluffy!
Heat up the frying pan with some oil, pour in the beaten egg, a few quick stir, off the heat, fire off, plate it up… grind some salt and pepper as you wish.

NB, if you are not going to eat your egg straight away, don’t add the milk, they will come sweat it out as it rests..
