avocado 1 half

the space of the stone will not fit your egg. so ideally you should spoon some more of the flesh out and then eat it straight. crack open the egg into a bowl. and then try and put your yolk into the hole first and fit it up with the rest of egg white. Place this whole thing over some foil on a baking tray. bake for 10-15 mins depending on your liking of the egg. salt and pepper on top. voila.
